very easy decline by the avs, they arent trading 2 of the top prospects for a guy they have no way of keeping beyond the 1 year left on his contract.

I have Kravtsov valued at a 2nd. I'd replace him with a 2nd rounder if you want but I'd figured you'd want to move him considering he wants out anyways

Robertson same as Jones both are dynamic defenceman and are able to play both sides, also for D men changing sides is easier than for forwards (For example Jones is playing RD currently in the Wolfpack)

Kravtsov is not a 2nd. Maybe he was when he declared he would not play in the AHL but given his numbers and gameplay in the KHL he cannot be considered a 2nd anymore. Also Kravtsov has stated that he wants to return to NY given this ugly episode and make amends with the team.

It's not as bad as others think. He's playing well in the KHL and Ik everyone is writing him off which is fine. I just don't see them throwing him away as he said he is gonna play for them after the KHL season ends.
(KHL is aiming for their best interests so that's why they only make loan agreements for a full season. They aren't a farm team)

I'd trade Schneider for Horvat but I'd need an extension. I'm not including a first though. I think I'd do Strome or Kravtsov with Schneider + 2nd. Pettersson is the one I'd do 3 firsts for.

Id rather have Strome than Kravtsov on the team.

Can't afford Horvat coming to keep Strome. He'd be gone one way or another and I'd rather trade him than let him walk.

Sakic has been exceedingly careful about trading prospects particularly high end ones, and outside of Kuemper has never traded a high end prospect. It’s far more likely Sakic would be receptive to moving Girard then 2 high end prospects that are cost controlled for the foreseeable future and keeping the window open as long as possible over trading those assets for someone guaranteed to be gone in a season and a half.

Still won't work. We need every penny. Nemeth, Kreider, Trouba, Goodrow, Georgiev are all likely going to be moved in the next few years.
