No chance Minnesota gives up that much. That would be insane. I don't think Wild would do anything more then Fiala and a second-rounder for Miller.

It's this kind of statement that makes it impossible to take you seriously.

So if a trade happens and Michael Russo hasn't reported it yet, does that mean it's not official until he does? All I'm saying is that you need to get out of your little box and expand your thinking. There's no problem with being a die hard fan of your team. But you can't take the word of one man, call it the gospel truth, and ignore / put down every other reporter / hockey insider / or whatever. And you can't overvalue your teams players and assets, while undervaluing everyone else's.

I don't buy it with 100% accuracy unless Russo reports it too. But I do pay attention to other markets beat-writers and sports media insiders.

Ben Kuzma is a well known and respected sports writer from the Vancouver area, with credible credentials and insider knowledge of its local sports teams. He may not be a Michael Russo or the Canucks specific beat-writer at the Athletic in Thomas Drance. But he is more of a local paper type like Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star-Tribune is.

It's credible information, and even though I'll reserve judgment until Russo either confirms or denies. I don't think it's a BS rumor or fake necessarily.

I'd suggest Fiala + 2nd rounder/Jordan Greenway/ Frederick Gaudreau & a 3rd rounder
