i want him to make the claim regardless but then he'd have to do something to make space for caufield if he comes back

He could be a good pickup for a team that needs some physicality on their fourth line. If they have a spot on the roster and enough cap space, of course. I'd give him a 1 in 3 chance of being claimed.

    He's not french?

He speaks pretty good french to me. Just wasn't born in QC but was raised mostly there.

Cant stop people from being foolish sadly.
Really i think grabbing Aube-Kubel could be a solid addition
At the very least an upgrade on Belzile who chose not to support Poehling and Pezzetta in scrums
He's gotta go now , even if you dont fight like Petry you have to tie someone up or hold them out of the scrum
Belzile was just hanging out by the refs watching

I think Pezetta and Aube-Kubel could be great spark plugs forecheckers to support Ryan Poehling or Perrault (when he returns)
If Aube-Kubel can draw penalties like Pezetta we're really doing good on the pick up

Thats super weird, I thought Belzile had some scrappiness to his game too ... oh well, yeah, Aube-Kubel would be a big upgrade and Belzile is decent in the AHL to help Laval.

Aube-Kubel would be a better 4th liner than Paquette, too.

I noticed that last night and was surprised. I thought Belzile was fiesty but I must be wrong. Poehling and Pezz were all by themselves and Belzile made zero effort to support them.

Glad i wasnt the only one who saw that
I was so annoyed with him

He's a decent player but that right there is why he's not in the NHL full time
I'm Glad Pezetta is there offering that sort of Gallagher type who draws penalties and gets under the skin of all those around him.
Once everyone's healthy im hoping they find a way to keep the kid up
