Whopping no to that Avs deal! Also I don't want the cancer that is Radulov in our dressing room. If he doesn't like it he will phone it in immediately.

Yeah that Avs deal is killer for the Flyers. Lindblom is quite probably gonna be a top 6 winger, Hagg will at least have an NHL career and Couturier is a good player despite his lack of points this year. The Avs want a blue chip defensive prospect which isn't there either. (Lindblom became only the 2nd player under 20 to have over 45 points in a SHL season today - he's gonna be a decent player)

Radulov is interesting. I had the same stance before MTL got him...probably more critical. I'm not sure he'll ever get rid of the "phone it in status", but he does have 46 points this year so far, which is better than I thought he'd be at so far this year. I thought he would have given up by now and just played poorly.

Ya but he is playing with a contender, where is the only place he will play.

Avs deal is a huge loss for the Flyers and not even clsoe to worth it. I'd rather have Coots on this team than Landy in all honesty. No chance i'd give up a 1st for him too.

The reason behind Couturier's lack of points production is because he has had to constantly play with terrible wingers (Read, Raffl, etc.) who are not even in double-digit goals.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks the AVS get screwed in that deal. They trade a 1st line LW for a 3rd line C and a bag of crap. Guys drafted that haven't done anything and a grossly overpaid dman. You should be paying them extra just to take McDonald. Lindblom looks good, but a guy they have named Carl Soderberg lit up the SHL at one point and he's like a crappy 3rd liner now, so that guys not a sure thing in my book either. I think they want some real legit assets for Landeskog including a young top 4 defenseman. If your asking for Landeskog Sakic is asking for Provorov and more most likely.

Please explain to me how Landeskog is a first line LWer when he has always been a 2nd liner on the Avs...
