Massive overpay

By whom? As of now i see NJ as a team that has enough cap space and some LW that would be of interest if it was me.

For NJ it is a MASSIVE overpay....You are going to be incredibly disappointed with what you get for Tarasenko if you think this is anything close to what he gets.

Walman is a depth defenseman at best, Sanford is an expiring LW, and throwing in Tarasenko when the market would show very few teams can eat the full salary? All that for two guys headed to RFA (last season both had 17 goals) and a top four D in Severson....that crazy.

I think you might be underestimating Walman. I believe he has tremendous upside especially on the offensive side. Blues need a RD with defensive upside.

As far as Sanford what do you mean by expiring? The contract?

Tank will rebound. Maybe not to 40 goals but 25 to 30.

They have enough cap space and assets but that doesn't mean they'll use it to acquire Tarasenko. This is a massive overpay to acquire him. Boqvist+2nd would be the max I would pay for Tarasenko

The Blues have zero use, need or want for Severson, so I have no idea why he's even there. And the Devils angrily decline anyway.

Zacha could very well hit 25 - 30 goals playing on Hischier's wing.
It's a terribly unbalanced deal.

Change Walman to Perunovich and Sanford to Thomas....and now we are talking.
