Pens I believe would swiftly decline and it's for a few reasons:
1) Hextall has been very clear to the media that he's not moving any 1st or 2nd round picks anymore. He's stopping what JR used to, but would CONSIDER moving some of their better prospects in a great deal.
2) This isn't a great deal. Two rentals for a good prospect and two big picks is against what Hextall is trying to do.
3) It's lopsided. Zucker, while overpaid, is still a good player. I get that there is a cap-relief element that ANA is giving the Pens, but this package is just out of balance.
