He has been scratched many times in the playoffs and doesn't have a future roll in Florida he knows his time is up and will move to any team that will take him.

Adding another really bad defenseman with a really bad contract doesn't somehow, magically make their defense better. The Jets need good defensemen, they already have plenty of bad ones similar to Yandle.
