There is no way in hell you'd get any of that OEL is sort of a cap dump with how bad performing has been over the past few years. Phil Kessel fell off a bridge you wouldn't get that much from the Blues for him. If you want a first round pick for James Neal you won't get any type of retention out of it. The only one that might get that type of deal is Darcy Kuemper. Marcus Johansson also most likely doesn't sign a 1 year deal and not for 2 million.

Take out DeBrusk, Lauzon, Becker & the 2nd and even then I wouldn't do it without more retention form ARZ.

You can definitely get more from the Edmonton trade. Maybe add Broberg.
