Seattle’s not taking 4.3 mil of Holtby who’s had back to back sub 900 seasons

I would be disappointed if the Wild didn’t accept that. They should and I would for sure. Others may disagree, but that seems like a generous payment for Greener.

On a separate note, is there any chance VAN would move Horvat? I assume it would take a monster payment?

Yeah, no. You are talking about ahl player in Kole libd who hasn't done anything

Zack Mc is just a bottom line player

2022 2nd round pick has no value

So all due respect, wild easily gets better deal...

Yea I think the second might have been much...

Speaking on horvat it would definitely take a big haul to take him from us. He is on a team friendly deal, our captain, is a 60-70 point guy, amazing faceoffs guy, and can play on the powerplay and pk

The 2nd is 2022. And Lind is a 22 year old PPG in the A. I don’t think it’s fair to write him off as a career AHLer. It’s a respectable add in for a guy like Greenway.

The 2nd is definitely nice. We’d decline if that’s not in there, although you could probably change it to a 2021 or even a 3rd.

Fair on Horvat haha. He warrants a hefty payment, assuming he were even available.

I know you like him. But he's going to be behind a large number of wild wingers from Boldy, to Beckman, to connor dewar, Kyle Rau while not Prospect is beloved by wild front office

No reason to trade away a player of greenway, who could/ is another Coyle for Ahl'er. Greenway is on cheaper contract also

Well to be clear, I like this trade because of the 2022 2nd and easing of immediate cap. I just think Lind is a respectable piece he added in there as sweetener. Greenway had a much improved year, but he’s still expendable. I would much rather package Greenway as part of a larger deal for a center, but I don’t see that happening.

MN passes. It's 2 waiver fodder FWDs and a 2nd for a young middle-6 wing on a cheap contract for next year.

I truly do respect your thought, & opinion . I just think respectfully teams will want greenway. His size alone gets any team interested, & they will give better pieces

And that’s fair. If we were to get a better package, then of course I want them to take it. I just don’t think Greenway is going to get more than what was proposed here.

Yes I’m aware. It was more just a for fun question on how much it would require.
