Monahan is a significantly better center. With him and Mika the Rangers could have the best 1-2 punch in the league. Monahan puts up consistent 60 points and 30 goals

You’re literally giving away nothing of significance. Drouin is the best piece in that deal and he needs a change of scenery

and we are getting nothing significant back. OEL has fallen flat stat wise. He hasn't been the same since he signed that extension. I get that a change of scenery could help both sides, but would you be willing to take that chance if you're Bergevin? Especially with that contract he has. Besides we don't reed to load up on our left side d anyway, and if we do we can sign oleksiak, dunn or ekholm.

Stop lying. That wouldn’t even put us in the top 10 teams for best 1-2 centers in the league. Off the top of my head, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Edmonton, Colorado, Toronto, Winnipeg, Carolina, St. Louis, Vancouver, Boston and Washington are better in that position. No reason to do this when it doesn’t change much of anything, but wastes assets for us.

I don't think it would take Bear, with the amount of goalies available in FA there won't be a big trade market and I think ARZ will trade him for pennies on the dollar because they'll just loose him for nothing to Seattle.
