Exactly this. Who would Anaheim even be bidding against that they’d have to include either of them? The longer this goes the more teams have laughed off the price the Sabres want, and the more this is going to be a ROR trade situation

My understanding is that LA has even made an offer than includes 2 unnamed grade A prospects and a low end As opposed to multiple firsts.

This is a little bit different. Hall had all the control at the deadline with his NMC. Still can't believe the Sabres gave him one after shelling out more cash than anyone else would. Rumor was that he nixed a trade that would have been very good for BUF to a western conference team. Unfortunately he pretty much demanded to go to BOS, so the offer got much lighter.

No way Anaheim will give both 3rd oa and Zegras for injury prone Eichel. I'm surprised to hear this was rumored. Hopefully ANA doesn't do this.

I mean, it could've been a bit exaggerated, but it's still not nice to see your star player miss 18% of the games that he has been with the Sabres for. And he's been playing injured for most of this season.

He's missed 78 out of a possible 453 games since being drafted. 35 of which came this year. Not sure what percentage that breaks into but 18 seems high.

He played in 82.781456953% of possible games.
