If Edmonton lets Barrie walk they would probably take that, especially if they want to convince McDavid to stick around, they need to shake some things up, and bringing in a great leader and solid defenceman in Reilly would be a great start. Broberg is a great defensive prospect but I don't think he will come close to what Reilly has been throughout his career. Don't think the Leafs go for it though unless they are 100% positive they are signing Hamilton.
Too many long term contracts though those players will be playing into their mid-late 30s and lets face it most of them probably won't be anywhere near what they are right now (also free agency is max 7 years btw). Galchenyuk would never take that anyways, he will probably bet on a bounce back year once again then demand a raise afterwards.
Hyman gets more (5.5 imo), doubt Hall or Perry sign in Toronto
