I have a feeling if there is extra cap Burke/Hextall will go for Nuge... because don’t quote me on this, but I believe Burke likes him a lot. Getzlaf is a possibility though.

LA has no interest in trading Dustin Brown. I fully expect them to re-sign him to a new contract once his current deal expires.

They may trade him to a contender though to cup chase though for his final year. Get an asset or 2 and then sign him back the following free agency. I’m sure they’ll do the same with Carter too. Unless Carter likes it here more.

Getzlaf isn’t getting two million from anyone

If Brown asks to be traded, then it's possible he'll be traded at the deadline this season. However, Brown has said in multiple interviews that he takes pride in playing all of his games with one franchise, so I suspect that he won't want to leave. Blake won't trade him unless he asks to be traded.

It would be a different story if he hadn't already won two Cups. Since he already has his Cups, I think he's content to play out the remainder of his career with the Kings.
