I think the Jets might take a shot at Ristolainen, but I don't know if they give up Vesalainen for one year of Risto though.

If it works out with Risto he would have no issues resigning in Winnipeg. Guy just wants to win. Vesalainen has been very underwhelming since turning pro and holds minimal value.

You obviously haven't seen Vesalainen play. He's looked really good in the limited opportunity he's been given. Whichyou know and is also why you're asking for him.

Ristolainen has been in the league 8 years and has been underwhelming in all 8. However, that said, the Jets may be interested in Ristolainen as the project he would be, but probably not if it means giving up Vesalainen.

Vesalainen is not a requirement in the deal. Insert Torgerson in his place if Wpg is that high on Vesalainen still. I had assumed Wpg had likely lowered expecting after 3 yrs pro 2 assistsin 13 nhl games and only .5 pts per game in the ahl for a first round pick is disappointing. As you will see from my projected lineup I had him as the extra skater.

Torgersson would be possible, depending what Jets management thinks of him, but that may be a possibility.
