Sens need to improve their Blueline this offseason. Not make it substantially worse.

Detroit passes they currently have 2 goalies that are better options than Holtby. They don't need or want him.

I don't know. I think I'd do it if that second was a first. We need to suck for one more year (Shane Wright and Brad Lambert) and Holtby could help with that objective.

I think you're both right. He looks like he's done, but with only 1 year left on the deal, if VAN made it worth our time to take that last year off their hands, could be worth it... We're certainly not sending Stetcher back though in addition for that return. I could see taking Holtby on if VAN paid us a 2nd and 3rd to take him.

I don't know Holtby has a GAA of 3.57 and a SV% of .894 on a team that has given up less goals than Detroit. I'm not a big fan of Greiss with a GAA 0f 3.14 and a SV% of .897 and I know he hasn't had the same goal support but I'd just feel a lot better with Greiss in net than I would with Holtby.

Yea, same here, we'd be taking Holtby back as a cap dump, for asset accrual. I wouldn't want him to be our "starter"
