Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Just wanted to see if it was possible to fit Grubauer/Landy/Makar/Saad under a flat cap. Would need Seattle to take either Compher or Donskoi (preferably Donskoi) and probably have to dump Graves for a pick. I'm really guessing on these contracts, is a bridge deal for Makar at $8.5 million realistic? Is $6.5 for Landy too low? Is 3x6 realistic for Saad or at 28 would he be looking to cash in on a longer term deal? Perhaps the silver lining with this cap crunch is it'll probably force them to play Bowers and Kaut so they can get their ELCs on the actual roster and save some money.

I think a realistic deal for Saad is what Toffoli got 4.26mx4 years. Guys arent going to be shelling out higher dollars for 2nd line guys. Their age and production is very similar so it will be closer to that vs 6mx3

the landy contract seems light, I think hes in the 7m range based on what Gallagher just signed for. Landy should get a little more than him

Graves wouldnt be a cap dump, they can get an actual return for him

Running it back with everyone is possible but its tight

Graves is less a dump than Donskoi. If I'm Seattle I take Graves 9/10 times

I too have Landeskog @ $7m minimum

Saad closer to $5m or they let him walk. If he is signed, I think Compher is moved at the draft.
Bowers, Kaut, LOC all regulars with Newhook as the wildcard. They may let him cook 1 more year

EJ may be on the verge of LTIRetirement or buyout due to long term health concerns.
The cumulative impact of all those injuries have to be adding up.

Whichever of Graves or Donskoi or Compher is taken by Seattle (it could be others but they're the most likely trio), the others aren't cap dumps, and fetch more than a 5th. Landy will be 7+. Grubauer 5+. Saad 4+. IMHO. Makar I think you'd be about right on value but longer term. I don't think he'll get as much as most on here do. Plus at 1.5 more which you'd save on Saad you could easy tie him up long term anyway if you go with the 10 that most are saying. It's do-able but tight.
