I kinda agree to be honest. I do love the player from an entertaining standpoint but as I’ve said for years your paying for his effort more than his finish. Very good player but overrated considering his results.

Wanted to sign haas to play on a line with Holloway swap between centre and lw with kass on the right side very speedy third line and gives 4 centre options in bottom six.

You either sign nuge or Hall not both. They both are suited to play with Draisaitl. Nuge can play with mcdavid but they do t have chemistry. Sign Tomas Tatar to play with mcdavid. He’s perfect.

Tatar wouldn't be awful but I'd rather have a younger or speedier guy play on his wing. McD elevates the guys us his line. It's about finding the right fit for him, not just a guy who can put up some points. imo, nothing about Tatar's game makes him stand out as a fit for McD. Iaffolo, Hall and Janmark have good speed, I'd rather one of them. If Holloway impresses I figure he'll be on McD's line asap, much like Pulju who started on the 3rd line

Mcdavid needs somebody who is fast can play give and go and can finish. You put Hall with mcdavid and you get a bunch of shots and no goals because hall is more of a setup man. That’s why he fits better with Drai because Drai can finish.

I'd really like to see McLeod get a shot, lot's of people have forgotten about him. I'm not sure there's room for him at 4C, maybe a wing. I'm basically certain Holland signs Glendening as a 4C, he's familiar with him from Detroit (knowing Holland he might become our 3C). He's a righty, who can win draws, around 70% in the faceoff circle, highest in the league. He can kill penalties well. Nobody in our bottom 6 is over 50% winning draws. Leon takes way too many faceoffs, it's important we get a guy like Glendening

I would be happy with Glendening or even Riley Sheahan again as 4C. They have to be 4C though no playing them as 3C. Then you get somebody like Brandon Sutter for 3C and use Holloway and McLeod as LW.

I typically look to tatar before hall agree better fit this time just took a different direction
