Marner is showing the hockey world why he is a franchise player for the Leafs who plays 5x5, PP and PK and is one of top players in the entire NHL.

And hes only a top 5 RW, crazy talent in this league

Matthews-Marner duo has been both an analytic masterpiece and a wonder to behold. I havent seen a duo that entertaining on the leafs in a long time

There's no way he can be considered a "bargain". He's scoring at a rate you expect the 5th highest paid forward in the league to produce at. In my opinion, he is elite on the PP, very good 5X5, and average on the PK.

pretty close, especially now that Matthews is improving his defensive game. Even though Matthews will always be the better goal scorer and Marner the better playmaker, they work perfectly with one another
