Pass on Granlund. I'll admit I was 100% on board with signing him in the off season, but A.) He hasn't rebounded like i thought he would and B.) The Hawks rookies have stepped up big time.

Yeah I agree on the rookies being good, but adding Granlund for more scoring depth would be good.

Granlund looks good, he's just on a bad NSH team right now. He'll get a 2nd + b prospect -- if Poile's good at negotiating then he may be able to make it a conditional 2nd that turns into a 1st if the team he goes to makes the conference finals or something. Granlund is one of the few actual top 6 forwards available this deadline, so I expect him to bring back a return like this. A 2nd + LTIR cap dump isn't gonna get it done.

I'm pretty sure he's not a Hawks fan, but i do appreciate his comments. If NSH can get more then they should do it. Hawks need to stay the course.
