I'm not mad, I was looking for a team that's in need of a center, Minnesota was one of them, I don't know the backstory on why they dont want him but I was giving it a try

Calgary came knocking asking about dumba in the offseason offering Monahan. The wild said no interest in monahan.

Fiala alone has more value than Monahan. He’s a good center, although a very 1 dimensional game. In a scenario like Monahan going to the wild Calgary would end up adding. Fiala is an untouchable asset for the wild and hartmans value grows by the game. So in a trade scenario where Monahan was going to the wild it would most likely be a D going back to Calgary. They really like dumba because he’s solid has tons of upside us now 100% backfrom the torn pec injury and a hometown boy. I can’t see dumba wanting to play there though. He made a clean hit and gave a Player a concussion. Can’t remember who “the code” makes him have to fight about it. But he ended up fighting twice against Calgary and in the 2nd unnecessary fight against tkachuk, he tore his pec which has taken an 18 month recovery. So I couldn’t picture him wanting to play along side that reckless kid.

Why would Avs move a young expansion exempt RHD with top 4 potentia who's already playing in the NHL,l for futures? Makes no sense.
