I think you could probably flip the Makar and Landeskog contracts and it would be more accurate. Makar probably even gets 10+ though. Nice roster.

he will not make 9m in a flat cap world. He will make closer to 8. Gallagher just signed at 6.5m aav. Andres Lee signed at 7m last offseason. Youre looking at 7.5m-8m range for Landy depending on term

thats still a bit high, plus they will give him 6 years at a min....they said they want to sign his Forever Avs contract, 6years at 8m or 7yearsx7m. Avs arent going to do a shorter term higher aav contract with him

Grubauer easily gets over $5m if he stays healthy. Maybe even pushes for $6m like Markstrom.

Jost and Timmins would get decent raises if they continue their current play.
