Not a single high end asset coming back for a 22 year old 1C?

I think there is a place for PLD on this team (more so than the Barkov trades), but these aren't the pieces to get CBJ interested -- NYR have those pieces, but they need to be willing to sell them.

What kind of high end asset do think CBJ would be interested in? I cant tell if they are looking to rebuild or improve their squad. I can see replacing Deangelo and/or putting in a higher end prospect like Lundkvist

Is this the standard package offer for NYR fans? You guys tried selling this to Sabres fans for Eichel too. Who else are you offering this package to? I think I’m offended now.

Chytil, Kravstov, Lundkvist, Miller are better than all the pieces here and would be fair game. The trade is essentially a low end middle 6 C whose had 1 good year propped up by Panarin, a PR nightmare Dman whose only good trait is uneeded by us, and 2 picks

I agree NYR have the ability to throw a lot for PLD but it whether they feel it is worth it. I probably under valued PLD in this trade thinking a prospect or two may be needed in order to acquire him.

I dont think NYR want to trade Chytil after the failure with Lias andersson. I think they would do kravstov given the wingers they have right now with Laf, kaapo and panarin. The tough one would be lundkvist or miller, two guys they value highly given their defensive situation.
