Shedding Moore does not cost bjork and a second. That’s insanity. I also don’t think Alec Martinez is that much of an upgrade.

Keep this simple, go sign Hoffman. Younger. Just as good of a scorer. Giving up a first, a second, a top prospect, and two young NHL wingers is an absurd price to pay for a guy who could wind up having a bad contract in a hurry. If you’re going to shell out that crazy of a price, a top pair LD should be coming back the other way.

Bjork and a 2nd is too much to get rid of Moore, bury him if that's the price.

Martinez is an okay 2nd pair D, Pacioretty is 32 and Vegas absolutely need to make cap space so they won't get full return. I would prefer to keep Kase and not acquire Pacioretty, DeBrusk-Bjork can work on the left side and top4 is a bigger need. Martinez isn't my favorite target so a 5th at best.
