Don't worry - once the season starts I will be sure to remind you about how ridiculously wrong you were about the Leafs and Montreal.

Please do, I will book mark this too. Can’t wait to prove you wrong

Good luck on that. I said Montreal is likely to be the best team in Canada, and Toronto (like in previous years) is not as good as most of their fans think.

You couldn't stand that. Jizzed all over yourself about Toronto saying: Toronto is light years better than the Habs. Montreal isn't in the same tier as Toronto. Said Montreal's forward group wasn't close. Said that Toronto's D was better. **** on pretty much every habs player. Talked Toronto and their players up to a more hilarious degree than the dumbest homers on this site.

You are so wrong. Toronto is the best team in Canada. Definitely not MTL. You twisted this so much. I never even talked up Toronto players. I just said that they are better than a team that finished 24th overall last year. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.

Nope, can’t wait to prove you wrong. The Toronto maple leafs will be better than the 24th seeded Montreal Canadians. No if ands or buts. I will bookmark this just so I can laugh at you in a few months.

Toronto doesn't just need to be better than the Habs - They need to be " light years better than the Habs" and "Montreal isn't in the same tier as Toronto"

Good luck with that, especially as Toronto will probably be behind the Habs, and will undoubtedly lose in the first round, if they manage to even make it.

They are a much better team and will finish ahead of them in the standings. I never said Toronto is going to win a cup or anything, you act like what I said is so ridiculous when in reality you’re the ridiculous one. Toronto will finish well ahead of MTL, still probably lose in the first round, and MTL will be a bubble team. I’m not hyping up Toronto, you’re the one who wayyyyy over rates MTL.

Telling everyone who has different (and therefore intelligent) opinions to go elsewhere is attempting to censor people - but it is not surprising that you don't know that either.

It is.

A couple years ago Leafs' fans didn't try to shut down anyone who disagreed with them. But back then they actually thought they had a well-managed team that was going somewhere and was going to be a cup competitor. And boy were they smug about it. These days Leafs' fans try to ban anyone who disagrees with them because they know, deep down, that their management is as bad as it every was, their rebuild has been a train wreck and the team is going absolutely no where. They need to do whatever they can to try to maintain the fantasy that they already know is a delusion.

Weeger>Brodie
(Based on last year if weeger repeats that performance)

Cernak > Holl

How is it better and deeper now?

Quoting: mhockey91
Why are leafs fans so high on Dermott. He hasn’t proven anything yet

Brodie>Weegar and I’m not even a huge Brodie fan. I shouldn’t even have to argue that.

Cernak> Holl but but greater than Holl,Dermott and Bogo. Holl has a better cap hit and fits just fine. If Brodie were not signed adding one of Cernak or Weegar would have made more sense.

Leafs have plenty of depth right now.

Not based off last year... historically Brodie is more proven but weeger was excellent last season and is more in line with what Toronto needs

They should really ban people who pretend to be fans of other teams for the purpose of trolling.

Read his comments. He’s one of the worst accounts on here. And his bio says “leafs fan”. He’s just a major troll. People got mad at mitchmarnerelite but this guy is 1000X worse

Brodie had what I consider to be his best season last year. If we get that Brodie I will be very happy. Great puck mover dependable defensively and making smart decisions. Weegar seems to be fine when paired with Ekblad. Much like Holl with muzzin.

I like both Weegar and Cernak. Just don’t think it would be realistic to bet our years to push for a cup on mostly unproven players.

That entire right side could be great.... or it could circle down the toilet.

I’m also not a huge fan of turning the roster over more than it needs to be. Which it has already seen a tremendous amount of this offseason.

I’ve had a run in with him before. 100% troll. MMelite might be an alien or a robot but at least he has the pens up as his favourite team.

Gutless cult of nonsense and insanely bad statistics that has sunk this rebuild but is doubling down on their stupidity. Thankfully after everyone sees where this kind of thinking leads no team would ever think of doing anything except the exact opposite of everything you stand for.

Yikes that was bad. I still had lots of hope for Johnsson, he looked fantastic in his time in the leafs top 6 but he's been way worse in NJ. I hate to see it
