what is czechia lol i thought it was czech republic
Czechia is simply a short form of Czech Republic. It's also the name of the country in Czech. Like Suomi is Finnish for Finland etc.

German Hockey is a really up and coming hockey system
I totally agree and that's exactly the reason I have them ranked sixth. They are pumping out more and more high level prospects every year. 2020 draft had 3 German forwards go in the first 40 picks.

Apparently Slovakia has a huge wave coming in the next few drafts which is good to see considering they’ve fallen off the face of the earth for a few years
Huh I didn't know that. Currently you are right, they haven't been producing much talent so that's why I don't have them listed. For my own interest, do you have a link or source I can read about this wave of Slovak hockey studs?

Draisaitl will still be the best German player by then.
He will be 35... I think Stutzle or Seider personally will be the best. Who knows though? Another franchise German player could come up in the next couple years. Also I didn't pick the players off who I think will be their best player. I doubt Kuch will be the best Russian when he is 37. I simply picked the first player that came to my mind and didn't want to reuse players from my first thread

It's been renamed quite recently. In French it used to be République Tchèque and now it's called Tchéquie
Technically not renamed but Czechia is short-form of Czech Republic, which is the official name of the country in English. Czechia is also what Czechs call their own country

don't disrespect Aito Iguchi in 10 years
Will he overcome the indominable legacy of Taro though? Big shoes to fill

Having anyone but Kristers Gudlevskis representing Latvia is just wrong. One of the greatest individual performances at the Olympics of all time, he nearly upset arguably the greatest Team Canada in history.
Also they don't have the weapons like they did a few years ago, but Slovakia is still one of the best teams in the 2nd tier.
Slovakia will be falling behind other nations unless they develop their national program and quickly
