Foligno's best year is only 2 goals and 6 pts better than Okposo's worse year of his career.
Last year Foligno had 1.7 pts/60 min while Okposo had 1.7pts/60 min.
As a Sabre fan I would not make that trade, I also believe that the Wild would not make that trade.

Give Kyle and Casey better ice time and linemates to see what they can do.

Okposo also makes over twice as much and has three times the term on his contract. And Foligno is one of the best defensive wingers in the league. Not a single person would take Okposo over Foligno for their NHL team right now.

This is true. Foligno’s all around game is so solid and he’s a real leader in Minnesota. I’d take him over Okposo without hesitation
