You dont trade a 30 goal scoring, 70 point winger with term and a great contract to move up 10 spots in the draft. Sorry. This starts with leaving the Leafs pick out.

They don't need Drysdale when their left side is already stacked. Also Dubas has stated multiple times that if he trades Nylander it will be for a ready now top 4 defenceman, and Drysdale just isn't that.

I also wouldn't make this trade anyways because asking the leafs to throw in the 15th pick is way too much. Nylander straight up is fair.

Drysdale is a RHD, and he will be NHL ready in 1 year.

nah im not giving 5th in a loaded draft OA to a guy who hasnt proved anything. He can put up 70 points on the loaded leafs, awesome, he was also the most hated leaf 2 years ago because he underperforming. Everyone wanted him gone for nothing

You wont give up a 5th overall pick who hasnt proven anything because the close to point per game winger in the NHL hasnt proven anything?

No. Dumb leaf fans wanted him gone because they didn't understand that he was going to struggle after a long holdout. I knew at the time that his contract was perfect and time has proven that to be right. Evander Kane makes 7 million and Nylander had much better stats last year. Yes I can understand your giving Evander Kane an extra 2 million to play the big physical power forward presence as well, but saying Nylander hasn't proven anything while his stats are better then an established NHL player is not very accurate.

close to ppg? he averages like 60 a year. Hes never cracked 65 points in a season (He would have this year albeit). Good top 6 winger. Yes. Star anywhere but toronto? no.
