Most likely because Carolina is set on their top line. With this trade they’d essentially have 4 first liners a second/third line center and a bunch of third liners on their roster. Personally I’d rather them go for a 50 point player with a much lower price. Strength in depth etc etc

Necas is going to be really fkn good, cant see them moving him at all

Nylander to necas is a huge downgrade. When you add in our starting goalie Pesce is not enough

It's cute you think Dube and Pesche is worth Nylander and Freddy when it's arguable they aren't worth either of them alone.
