I really have faith in Jenik. What i see happening is he starts the season in the AHL (Same for Soderstrom) then steps in. He was amazing in the OHL.

Oilers trade doesn't go through. Holland is only kicking the tires on the available goalies. He already walked away from Murray, a cup champ, who's 4 years younger because pens wanted a first. Holland not going to give away one of his best two-way vets. That can play wing or center. Trading nuge to fill a hole leaves an even larger hole. Nuge would sign 6.5x6 to stay in edm but would cost more anywhere else. Also you value keumper to much. He's injury prone and has only really been a starter for a few seasons. Putting up similar numbers, still slightly better then but close to Koskinen. Would be a mistake for the Oilers to make this trade. My money says Oilers to by trade for any goalies unless someone much younger shakes lose from another team or Holland signs a UFA.

Take Giordano and maybe the Flames do it

Hjalmarsson at 2.5 definitley is. Hes loved by everyone, still an amazing shutdown D (Which they need). With 50 RET he is very much worth it

i guy it all depends on who offers him what... his D partner would be Orlov in Washington and they are imo a cup contender. Jets have a lot of question marks and need cap to sign Laine next year

Not that hard, Byfuglien cleared a lot of cap when he terminated and Perreault is off the books for when laine signs. Not real big cap issue here
