first, labanc isnt signing 2 years 1m. he took a discount to stay a shark and try and keep the group together for another playoff run that didnt happen he will get a good player contract this year.
Second in 2 years ziba is going to want a huge contract, kaako might want a huge contract, shesterkin is going to take lundqvists money next year. fox and deangelo are going to have big deals. theres not enough money to go around by bringing in barzal. Rangers cant afford to do so without moving multiple players.

No shot they decline either of those trades. Maybe ask a little more from dallas but rangers do that sharks trade everyday and twice on sunday

lol Buch alone is worth a lot more than the Dallas trade and they just turned down Georgiev for Kapanen. Labanc isn't worth more than Kapanen... Fortunately we have real world evidence of what would happen if these trades were offered.

Kakko and fox are bothing getting bridge deals that probably wont exceed 8 mil. Deangelo is not a long term IMO. Sure we can give lebanc 1.5 or 2 it still works
