As many have pointed out no way Caps move Wilson for that if at all. It would have to be a severe overpay like Robertson+1st and even then they probably don't as long as their window is open. Best bet is to do Wilson lites like Josh Anderson, Chrstian Fischer, or Greenway.

Let's assume that Manson's trade value has diminished to the point of a second- or third-pairing RD. That's basically a second-round draft pick and a minor roster player; the retention only reinforces that value, if not increasing it. You don't have a third this year, so let's exchange your 2020 second and Liljegren for the Nashville 2020 fourth we own and Manson with 50% retention.

Value is probably fair in the Colorado trade but Avs don't need a starting goalie.
