Lindholm is getting better and better, and is on a ridiculous long-term deal. He can play wing or center. He plays PP and PK. He's great on faceoffs. He's great offensively. He's great defensively. And then you've added Valimaki, who is penciled in to replace Giordano on CGY's top pair LD within 3-5 years.

Honestly, I think CGY would pass on doing Valimaki for BUF's #8 overall pick straight up. Valimaki isn't eligible for the Seattle Expansion Draft, and he's NHL ready. The top end D-prospects in this year's draft aren't able to help the Flames for 1-3 years at his level.

I could see CGY having interest in Ristolainen, but we'd talking about a price tag for Risto that is somewhere between 10-15% of what you've got here.
