Domi wants to play for us, which is rare.

Brodie skate well and he’s really good defensively, we need good defenseman. We got Mete Petry for our puck moving defenseman and pretty sure if we ask the Wild fans, they’ll say Brodie can skate. @TanSor

Hands down, pound for pound, Brodin is the best pure skater in skill and ability on the current Wild roster. Only Fiala comes close, and I'd still give the edge to Brodin.

Depends on what you mean by puck moving defenseman. Brodin is not going to drive offense from the blue line and move the puck so to speak in the offensive zone. In transition he can move the puck very well whether it's a pass or carrying the puck out of his own zone. If you need a defensive wizard who is an extremely fluid skater and very good in transition, Brodin is your guy. If you're looking for someone to drive offense from the blue line then look elsewhere (he's made strides every year towards being better offensively and he'll occasionally jump into the play but it's not his bread and butter)

Has supreme puck-moving ability, plus a projectable frame and defensive acumen. Can log plenty of minutes for his hockey club, in any situation, which adds to his overall value.

Fiala is faster, Brodin is better (he's incredible laterally)

I've been watching Habs games from last year and I'm warming up to this idea. Domi makes tons of plays when he's on the ice and we need a guy like that.

I think that’s a good hockey trade for both teams.
