Anson Carter?

Alec Martinez. Any player who scores two Stanley-Cup-series-winning goals in one playoff season deserves enshrinement.

Jeff Carter should not be on a all-time Kings list. That's some hardcore recency bias. Both Bernie Nicholls and Butch Goring played center for the Kings, so move one of them to take Carter's place. Dustin Brown is primarily a RW for the Kings, so he should move over to that side.

I'd put Steve Duchesne ahead of Larry Murphy. Murphy had a better career, but he only played 3 seasons with the Kings vs 6 for Duchesne. I'd probably have Mark Hardy and Jay Wells ahead of Murphy too.

Muzzin doesn't deserve a spot on this team ahead of Martinez. Muzzin joined the team after they won their first Cup. Martinez was on the team for both Cups, not to mention scoring arguably the two biggest goals in franchise history. Again, Muzzin might be a better overall player, but Martinez was more important to the franchise.

The only other honorable mention that I would put on this list is Jim Fox. His career was cut short due to injury, but he still managed to be 9th on the all time Kings forwards list in points. Has also served several decades as the Kings broadcast analyst. Not that it should count here, but it's not nothing.

I'm fine with the rest.

I love how Gretzky is only good enough to be 3C...

Gretzky's best years were in Edmonton. He was amazing for LA, but he played fewer than 600 games with the Kings. Compare that with Dionne and Kopitar, who each played their entire careers (or vast majority of) in LA and you'll see why Gretzky comes in 3rd.
