-An almost 1st and a solid bottom 6 forward is probably too much for Killorn. Colorado's 2020 2nd, a 2021 3rd, and a low end prospect should be enough for Killorn.
-No one's giving up a mid round pick for a 5th rounder, 4th liner, and an AHL forward that likely will never make the NHL.
-Same goes for this one. A 7th rounder, a 4th line forward, and a 7th defenseman isn't going to get a 4th round pick.

Mirroring the Jones trade a little

2nd and 3rd seems like a lot for Vladar and that's coming from a Bruins fan. On the flip side he's our most NHL ready goalie prospect, although I don't think he's our best goalie prospect.

What do you think is fair for him?

Johnson has to waive but Killorn has a M-NTC starting July 1st

It a tough question because goalie values are so different and even NHL goalies don't seem to get much in trades. There have been some that fetch a good return (i.e. Schneider for a 1st), but typically they're moved for mid-round picks and/or bottom 6 forwards. In Vladar's case, he's not an established NHL goalie nor is he one of the "marquee goalie prospects". Seeing as Boston spent a 3rd round pick on Vladar, maybe it would take something like you're offering to entice Boston. I wouldn't want to give up that kind of package for an unproven goalie though.
