I am just tired of hearing the same rhetoric as well.

"Leaf fans over value all their players and never value guys based on where they would be in their lineup" Saying that to value any RHD as if he was an top 10 defenceman in the league while calling Kapanen a 3rd liner because he plays behind two elite RW's.

All Ranger fans currently saying their backup is worth a top 6 forward + just because of a Dreger Hot take.

Or thinking its time to sell and tank because TO is more or less a point out of a playoff spot when they went through a 5 game mini slide. Its all just too much.

I am a NYR fan and agree that Kapanen for Georgiev is not fair for the leafs. Big fan of Kap and would love him to be a ranger but the price does not make sense for the leafs.

Curious though, if the rangers were to add something to sweeten the deal to acquire Kap, what might that player/pick be?

A 1st round pick, I don't know, more than you'd want to give up. Why would TO want to move arguably the best 3rd line RW in the league (He is a top RW on a lot of teams and 2nd line and almost all the rest) for a backup goalie? Doesn't make any sense.

1st is conditional on Kreider re-signing, otherwise you get no pick.
3rd is conditional on getting the 1st. It is a 3rd if you don't get the first, a 2nd if you do.

Nah the Rangers can sell Krieder to someone else for more than the leafs would pay.

How can you that "Is it just me or are we all not just sick of seeing Leaf AGMs". 40% of trades...Dillon to the Leafs. 40% of trades Georgieuv to the Leafs. So the other 600 players in the league make up 20% of the trades.

Yep. It's like players on other teams are more valuable than the ones on the Leafs. Funny thing is how alot people on here don't realize that...and then in the off chance they do..it's like "**** the Leafs"

I know we will never see any numbers regarding how much revenues only the Leafs generate and prop up teams in markets that should not have a team. It's a joke I tell you.

For every person who hates the Leafs and gets mad when they get media attention, just go and read the comments on any story on sportsnet, at least half of the comments come from trolls. People that hate the Leafs are literally half the reason why TO gets so much attention.
