Kotkaniemi has registed 5 seconds of PK time this season and weirdly enough Zadina has 20 seconds (according to NHL.com)

I would get it if they were putting him in a D role and wanting him to work on that so hes a lock down Shutdown C... but if they are putting him in offensive starts with 0 offensive help, they are just wasting his talent and ability. Put him a role to succeed.

I find it so weird that he starts most of his shifts in the offensive zone. He's more known for his defensive ability than his offensive ability. Tatar-Danault-Gallagher always play the shutdown role against opposing teams best lines, Maybe CJ is trying to get offense from him?
