I'd say add a conditional 2021 1st on resigning Kreider or reaching the cup and it's a deal.

value swing is very bad that way, unless you mean the 2021 2nd becomes a 1st if kreider re-signs or toronto makes cup finals.

I just know bc of cap something would have to go. back to NY. maybe its Ceci but then prob have to add picks too cuz NY doesn't want or need him. I just think those are 3 pieces that all would be great for Leafs to have

You can say it as many times as you would like, but I don’t think anyone should listen to you. You can say that you don’t think the leafs will trade nylander. Maybe some people will disagree? Isn’t that kind of the point of this website?

Like no kidding! STOP TRADING NYLANDER!!!! He's very good at hockey and it's nice to have players that are very good.

Kreider doesn't add a ton of value to our team TBH. I'm not sure he's a better player than Zach Hyman.

Deangelo = Roughly Nylander...

Probably better to just make a deal for Deangelo. Georgiev doesn't make sense unless he's going to be your starter (like you paid for Andersen), and Kreider is kinda unnecessary on Toronto....

But they are not trading Nylander for them. Nylander is great young player. No. Just no.. that would need to be KAndre Miller + Shestyorkin/Georgiev and 2022 1st (conditional based on Nylander scoring and pick protection) + Buchnevich or something like that in terms of value.. thats how valuable Nylander is to Toronto.



It is, indeed. Im just saying that it should be pretty clear that statements from Shanny, Dubas (two of most important people in organisation) regarding Nylander mean that he is not getting traded. And if he is, it would need to be a massive overpayment. Tons of potential in that player.



Kreider is miles better than Hyman. He would have great effect on Leafs team.

Kreider will end up being older and more expensive than Nylander in the long run. It also sounds like Rangers fans are set on keeping Deangelo or selling high, and he's not a player the Leafs should be pursuing with Rielly and Barrie currently on the team.
