Coach DeBoer is out! Along with these other moves.. time to start rebuilding. Some of these trades can be made during trade deadline to give guys like Jumbo and Marleau a chance at the cup one more time.. others may be done later on. EK65 is the type of guy who will want out of SJ after struggling for two seasons. I can’t believe this is happening but the Sharks are a bottom dweller team for the first time in 22 years! Once was the most consistent teams in all of hockey from late 90’s all the way through to now. Sad to see such great hall of fame caliber players and an era go without anything to really show for it. :(

Vlasic is still known as one of the top shut down D men In the league and at his 8% against the cap is pretty good, for a Top 2/3 Dman this is the asking price around the league bud!

He's already started to slow down and has 7 years left on his deal. Find another sucker to pay for his decline.

This is bad, vlassic is a real problem not because of how he okay but because he has 7 years left on that deal. No team will take that contract since he will have 5 years left when he turns 35.
