I agree he hasn't been good but have you checked his linemates? Is Byron doing good? Is Lehkonen doing good? Byron is already 30 and Lehkonen is already 24?
Idk why the habs fan are complaining about his play, why not Lehkonen who should be doing way more by now and Byron who's being useless. It's the third line on paper but on the Ice they are the 4th.

Hall is a good players but he isn’t a franchise players he hasn’t show consistency over is career. He hasn’t been a top 20 years after years, he show flashes and disappears the years after. I would never, NEVER gave him 10 millions contract snd the team that will sign him will make a big errors

Fair enough but he is going to make 10M a year next year and has been over a point per game for a while now since leaving EDM and he's been on some bad teams over the years. Imagine on a good team?. He'd be the best forward on the Habs if he were to come here.

Inkind of disagree with that because if he where such a good players he would have made those team better. And i don’t think he will get 10 millions on the market. He is more a matt duchenes guys so maybe he will get 9 millions but 10+ millions he does not have resume of a tavares. He has a Hart. That's going to drive up his asking price significantly.

His injury history will hinder a bit but other than that, not much to bring down. One player alone can't take the whole team on his back. Especially a winger. You need to have better players all round to be a good team.

Either way, he's going to get paid by someone. If you don't want to pay him fine, but someone else will. Its beside the point really though. He's a really good player and is deserving of his praise from everyone. No need to try and bring him down because you don't think he's worth KK.

Jose theodore won the hart to. Was he a great goalie i don’t think so. One season doesn’t definite a career, hall value as decreased significantly since that marvelous season. Right now he isn’t a 10 millions players. The individual award are great but that not what make a players earn is money, tavares haven’t won nothing and still will earn more than him at the end of july 1st. Right now matthews , marner tavares crosby draistail mcdavid petterson pastrnak marchand bergeron stamkos kucherov point kopitar panarin barzal ovechkin kuznetzov eichel gaudreau tkatchuk mackinon rantanen are ahead of him so matt duchenes is more what he will get.

I'm sorry, I fail to see how his value has decreased significantly. He was on pace for an 91 point season before his injury last year, and currently leads his struggling team in points. Panarin is his closest comparable and he just signed for over 11 million. He also has the same agent as Mitch Marner. I fail to see how he could make less than 10 million.

Last 4 season panarin add 77, 74, (82 and 87) which was on a very defensive team hall had 65, 53, 93 and 37 (injured season) so the number aren’t there

If he wasn't injured last year he would've had 91 points, and Hall's season prior he had 80 points. The "number" are absolutely there.

Also Hall has a Hart while Panarin doesn't, which is much more valuable than just points.

Stop with he would have. No one no if he would keep the pace. There’s absolutely no guarantee he wouldn’t go into a slump. Maybe he would have score a 100 but he hasn’t. And a hart trophy is worth nothing. Stanley cup are the only trophy that worth a thing. He hasn’t have the number consistently to get that kind of raide and second of all he clearly said that he wanted to play for a contender so he will have to take less because contender doesn’t have 10+ millions to spend On a winger. He will get matt duchenes money
