Definitely more than that - from this roster, I'd say a swap of him for Lehkonen and a pick would make the most sense. But I think Minnesota would still want more.

Wouldn't make sense for the Wild to go after Lehkonen. We have a million left shot wings. But your idea makes sense (trade Fiala for another young player with talent)

The thing is Fiala was a healthy scratch in some games so there's no way they'll get an impactful play. The only way for them to get an impactful player from Fiala is if that player benefit from a change of scenery. (i.e. coming to Minnesota would make that player useful again)

He's young, getting scratched is a coaching tool to get his attention and get him to stop turning the puck over. It doesn't mean the Wild should give him away for pretty much nothing, which is what you've offered here. Other than that, I'm assuming you glossed over the part where I said package. I'm not stupid enough to think Fiala will bring in an impact player by himself. He'll bring in a similar player for a change of scenery swap or be used with other players to get something the Wild actually need, like a center or a right handed wing.
