Donkeylips posted the rumor earlier today and I asked for the source and It is Eklund. So it is not true and it was posted to generate hits for his site.

I know right, Eklund isn't a legit source. And even if Yzerman did make AA available and he already said that he's part of our core going forward. I'd imagine any team dealing for him would be with an agreeable extension in place. So he's going to be pretty expensive to acquire.

I have to agree there is no way that gets AA. Quality over Quantity.

That is exactly why I don't see him being traded before the TDL. He is so fast and he can score. Yes he is struggling but he is still getting a bunch of scoring chances and thats why I'm not to worried about him bouncing back.

Agreed, The only way i possibly see Yzerman making AA available is if he's asking for an absurd amount of money. Other then that i think he will be a Wing for awhile.

Detroit will not trade AA in there own division. Not going to happen! I do think he will be traded though.

In my post I acknowledged that eklund is a crappy, unrealiable source. Isn't the whole point of this site to talk and discuss things of the such. If using bad sources or no sources at all for ACGMs makes you a troll, then everyone on here is a troll.

@mhockey91 blocked me because I used the stats that he provided against him to point out that there are flaws in his analysis of certain players. And how advanced stats can be carefully selected and used to make basically any argument you want. Corsi isn't the end all be all stat that so many people want it to be. It has just as many flaws as the stat it supposed to replace, plus/minus. But because I am not afraid to call him out on his nonsense he blocks me instead of trying to further the discussion. Like a coward.
