Don't know if Tampa does that, looking for more of a rental with all of the guys they need to sign next year. I would say Koivu with retention for perhaps a lower draft pick and prospect thrown in addition to condon or domingue gets it done.

Bruce isn't the problem with this team. Bruce can't go out there and score and Bruce isn't the one letting the other team score 2-3 goals in 5 minute or less spans. The coaching is fine. The problem is that this team is old, slow, and not very skilled and in dire need of a rebuild.

i agree with everything you say. my only thing id like to see with BB is to play the younger guys and move the old guys down. I get no one has showen they deserve the time but staal parise koivu shouldnt be on the top 2 lines. even zucker isnt looking like Zucker of the past he looks just as slow as the vets.

CBJ passes. Parise's contract is too much, especially at his age, plus it includes a NMC. So even if he waives it CBJ would be burdened with it and probably not interest with Seattle draft in 1.5 years. I know nothing about Sturm, but it doesnt look like he is a valuable piece.
