Mock Draft before picks get traded
curious to why you think the wild are trading brodin? he's signed for 6 more years at 6 million. I can see dumba either traded or walks in free agency in a year but brodins not going anywhere

so the pentaly kill is his bad area from offensive dman. he's a plus 37 in his career. how much time does dumba play even on the pk?? he will easily get 6+million. if nurse got 9.25 dumbas worth every cent of a 6 million contract.

This offer is about what Hartman got for CHI years ago. Hartman wasn't a 21 yo, 3oa pick. either.</div></div>

I think your completely nuts at think the value is that extremely high for dach. That's like saying puljujlarvi is work rossi a 1st and a prospect. He's a roster lock and has more games played. you can't compair some trades just to make it look good. whatever happened multiple years ago doesn't give a play in today's game the same value. I get Chicago will probably get more then my offer but to say rossi a 1st n addison isn't even is a joke.

Addis.... right, he's gone.
Hunt? He's a lefty who can play the right side if he has to, but is still a couple of years away from sniffing the NHL.
Peart? Nah, he's the same as Hunt.
Your basically shooting our RD depth beyond what's on the roster to shreds. It's either prospects who aren't ready or AHL'ers who don't belong.
I fully expect Brackett to take care of RHD depth at this years draft, but those prospects will still be a long ways away that they won't be of immediate help.
You can afford to move Dumba or Addison. Not both. If one goes, the other needs to stay.</div></div>
Sign someone to fill in. It's not like addison was 1st up when rd got injured this year. we played benn over addison.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>wabit</b></div><div>He might have broken a rookie points record. He was tied with Rau, who played 8 less games, with 53p on the season. Shaw had 52 points (1 less game than Rossi). His numbers are nothing compared to Anas and Mayhew a couple years ago.
MAF is a 35+ contract, so 1 year low AAV + bonuses is the way I'd go with him.
Middleton I have as a $3m x 3 or a $4m x 4. He's a late bloomer and next year is his last RFA season. I like the $3m x 3 deal the best. It gets MN past the painful buyout years. Plus MN has a ton of LD prospects and one of them should be ready for 2nd pair duties in 4 years. Any longer than 3 years and MN starts running into the Reilly/Olofsson situation again. CAn;t send them down because they'll be lost to waivers. but don't have room for them to get steady playing time and it hurts their development/confidence.
I think Addison got bored/frustrated in the AHL this season and his play suffered because of it. I'm sure he's sick of driving from Iowa to MN and then back to Iowa after making popcorn in the NHL pressbox. It's part of being a pro, but he's still only a 21yo who hasn't figured out life yet.</div></div>
not sure how bonuses work but wouldn't that effect us the year after?? 3x 3 is perfect for me as well.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>wabit</b></div><div>Other than being a high draft pick, what has Rossi actually done to deserve a roster spot? Dewar, Rau, and Rask were all better (eye and stats) than him for Iowa last year. Rossi is not in the same position as Boldy was this year. When Boldy got healthy he was the pretty easily best player on the ice for both teams last year in the AHL. If he earns a NHL spot in camp, great. If he doesn't, then he's back in the AHL and used as a callup.
I like MAF, but want nothing to do with more than a 1 year deal (2 if it's really cheap AAV) for him. He's old, and goalies really don't decline gracefully, they fall off a cliff. I think Middleton gets more than that if it's a 4 year deal.
I don't like trading Dumba, Addison, and Kulikov really puts a big dent in the RD depth. Spurgeon is going to be injured at some point during the season and there needs to be some depth to cover that.</div></div>
didn't rossi break the point record for players in Iowa? I know he hasn't done nothing when up and didn't really look good either but you would have to think the wild give him all the opportunity to make the team. I guess then we wait to see what happens during training game and pre season tp make the decision if he makes the team.
Only reason I gave maf term was to keep the avv down but yea 1 max 2 years would be ideal. I thought I read from russo the wild weren't completely happy with addison development this year I could be wrong. We can sign some depth d for cheap hopefully to replace Kulikov and the trade we did get a rd back which we'll lose again in the off season. They just some ideas. meddlton I always did 4 x 4 or more years and always got told it's to much so I lowered it I think he's worth every bit of 4 mill a season

I don't see the Kings being all that interested in Dumba (especially for that price) since they have a surplus of RD. I think the Penguins could be a really nice fit if Letang walks and they want to make a few more pushes towards a cup with Crosby. The Oilers could be another good fit, although they do have a lot of money tied into their blue line.</div></div>

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>RazWild</b></div><div>I'm exactly not sure what your point is. Desluarier is roughly on par with Foligno in terms of fighting ability.
Besides, Moose can handle those guys just fine on his own with the exception of maybe Lucic. For one, Foligno has fought and held his own against far better fighters than Gudbrandson. Reaves doesn't impress me, I'd give that one a 50/50 split of going either way. Lucic is the only one you mentioned that would give Foligno a beating if they fought, but I'm certain Moose would at least land a couple of shots in if they did.
The only player who's cleaned Foligno's clock in a fight in his career so far is Evander Kane. Kane despite his money issues, is frankly, a better fighter and tougher customer than Ryan Reaves is. That was the fight where Moose had his jaw broken and missed about two weeks of the season afterwards and had to wear a cage for about another week on top of it.
Foligno <em>still</em> managed to get in at least two solid shots on Kane during that fight.
I really don't get where people get this notion that Foligno can't handle himself against the heavyweights of the league. Foligno <em>himself</em> is probably what you'd classify as a light-heavyweight. Desluarier is another one that I'd put into that same category.</div></div>
well disagree I guess on this. deslauriers is easly a step up on being a better fighter the folgino. well see how it goes.
