So the team was -45 last year and he played 30 mins a night against other teams top line with scandella as his partner. So, i think -24 is pretty good. Drew Doughty was -34 last year does that mean he is bad in defensive zone? When you play on bad team your =/- will be bad.

And if u actually watch risto play he is horrible In the d zone a team that is struggling in the dzone picking up a bad defensive dman probably ain’t it especially for that package

FYI, he wasn't -24 last year. He was -41. Risto doesn't return even one of those pieces, never-mind all three.
