Can everyone just stop this Pietrangelo rollercoaster today? Its not even 2 years ago that Dubas turned down Pietrangelo for Nylander in a 1 for 1. Pietrangelo is going to be another overpriced aging vet come next season. Let anyone else make that mistake.

Friedman reported that St Louis was interested in Nylander before he was signed and it was either him or Dreger that mentioned Dubas had no interest in moving Nylander for an older player without term. I believe McKenzie said that St Louis ask and TO didn't even pay it much attention. So you tell me what Dubas thinks

Def not overrated. He's got some of the best puck handling skills on the team especially when carrying the puck at top speeds. Has exceptional edges and super smooth skating ability. The guy has all the talent in the world. Forget about his performance last year. He was playing catch up hockey for the remainder of the season. With a full training camp going into this season Nylander is going to tear it up.

I respectfully disagree. Maybe he gets 60 points which is good but hes just a glorified Jordan eberle

dubas wasn't the gm two years ago

He was the GM when Nylander didn't have a contract and St Louis offered Pietrangelo for Nylander and Dubas didn't really entertain the offer. Felt the age difference was too vast.
