Description

Dubas is no openly denying he is exploring a trade, which makes me think he is exploring exactly this trade, which I just made up.

Konecny is going to get a Colin White type contract, and Provorov comes in around 4.5-5M.

TML gets two good young players for an amazing young player. Ultimately this deal solidifies the back end moving forward with Sandin, Provorov, Liljegren, Dermott as the Top 4.

This looks like way too much for Philly to pay. Maybe Provorov and a 1st. The rest is overkill. Not sure why any team would want to trade guys without contracts though, sounds odd.

No team is not trading important pieces for an unsigned Marner. Marner at 10.25m X 6 probably makes just a little less than Provorov and Konecky make on their contracts. Don't know if the Flyers even make the trade for two players never mind the two additional draft picks.
