NYR trade is interesting. MTL should consider even if I love Lehko

I like having Strome in MTL line up after the loss of Shaw : he's right-handed and can take faceoffs. Switching Domi to the wing would be even more viable. Strome ended well his year with NYR and is RFA next year (cost controlled). It all depends on Lindgren and whether he showed good things in his first pro year (I can't tell). He's a 2nd pick and if he still has the value of a 2nd, Strome+2nd+7th for Lehko might be a yes.

Joseph ave 11.22 TOI had 13 goals, 13 assists and strong defense. He adds size and speed. Would not be surprised to see him on second line with Stamkos. Thank you for taking Condon, salary cap relief.

Oh I know that, I personally really like Joseph as a player. But I don't see how we can re-sign and keep Cirelli, Cernak, Sergachev and Joseph. And Joseph is the one whose the most replaceable in our prospect pool.

Which would be great: maybe they find some chemistry (get rid of Palat from Stammer line unless he gets his mojo back) and Joseph gets his points total inflated: market value goes up and we sell him at the end of the season in exchange of some juicy goodies
