The Metro is a crap shoot. Philly could absolutely win the division. They could also very easily miss the playoffs. I think there could be 5 Atlantic teams in the playoffs and only 3 Metro teams with all three having less points than whoever finishes in the top wild card spot.

I really wish Minnesota was as bad as you think they are.

Philly having Hart in net, also while downgrading their defense probably keeps them from winning the Metro, the Capitals are probably a lock to win
