Description

Husso gets a chance as a number 2 goalie. Ristolainen is a great power play guy. Use him instead of Parayko. And if Pietrangelo does not want to resign, you have him as a back up plan. I would give Mikkola-Ristolainen pairing a chance as a third pairing. You could sweeten the deals with players and picks.

Doubt Minny makes that trade.. its very one sided favoring the Blues.

Also why would you want Risto playing third line RHD and giving up Schwartz to get him? Blues need an upgraded LHD not another RHD.

Schwartz alone is worth more than Risto and we already have Petro and Parayko on the right side. Risto would be overkill, especially considering his cap hit.
Not enough for Zucker. Maybe before Fabbri's injuries.

Yeah I guess so, the Blues would probably have to sign and trade Pietrangelo which would be problematic given his NTC

Does Edmundson not want to be in St. Louis or did he take a 1 year deal because it´s better for the team? And also, would you buy out Allen? There´s all sorts of goalies available in waivers after training camps if Husso cant bring it.

Petro does not have a NTC and we could afford Chabot easily with Bouw, Gunnarson and Eddy gone, as well as whatever happens with expansion. If that Chabot trade is possible Army would be stupid to turn it down.

I would take Edmundson over Risto because Risto is so bad on defense. And Allen is one of the better backups in the League he is just overpaid. Minnesota I highly doubt they do that. Also Schwartz was good during playoffs he just had a rough unfortunate season.
